Anyone have a Independent Contractor Agreement for a Brokerage?

Hi all,

I've had my own brokerage for a while now but have not added any agents/brokers yet.  I am going to be adding a few agents in the next few weeks and was hoping that someone might have a Independent Contractor Agreement that I could review to give some basics to my attorney.  It would be great if it dealt with commercial and residential properties.  My firm does primarily commercial deals with some residential transactions.  I know these are state specific usually, but I believe there should be some basic principals regardless of the State - I am in Missouri.  Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
