Still need turnkey rental properties companies

I help local (CA) investors purchase SFR turnkey rentals in other states. It seems to be getting harder to find good companies that purchase, rehab, tenant, sell and then manage properties. Seems like a lot of last year's success-story companies are just wholesaling now. Does anybody know of reliable companies that have the buy-rehab-tenant-sell-manage business model? That doesn't wildly inflate the end value? I am especially interested in companies in the Midwest and South, although I already do have some contacts there.

@Judy Graff Absolutely right that it is much more difficult to get a good cash flowing deal with a truly reliable and trustworthy turnkey company in most markets now.  Competition for the underlying assets (distressed properties) has become fierce in some areas even as inventory has shrunk.  Knowing what you are getting becomes that more crucial.  Also know who you are buying from.  Make a visit to any market and provider you are considering working with.  Expect lower returns than could have been had even 12-18 months ago, and expect to hold the turnkey property for at least 10 years.
