NJ disabled vet education waiver

Hey guys given my current situation I won’t be able to attend a normally offered class for the NJ Realistate sales person criteria I do however qualify as a disabled vet. Under this program if I attend 75 hours at an accredited college or university for credit I could apply for a waiver. My question who offers a corse that fits the criteria? Can it be done online?
