Hi. I am a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker. In July, the state law, course materials and state exam were all updated VERY slightly. These are only outdated by less than one year. I no longer have a need for these videos on my shelf.
There is still very good information on the videos and a great way to learn all the basic concepts of real estate.
There are 13 videos in all put out by the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
They contain much more useful information than the materials Carleton Sheets and some other gurus put out.
