Recommended Brokers To Hang License

Hi all,

I have just received my real estate license and I am looking for a broker in Phoenix with which to hang it. I plan to start out part time as I have a 9-5 that's easy and pays well and would like to keep all of the commission of a transaction. I'm assuming I'd have to pay a flat  fee per transaction and that's fine for now. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
