Sphere Of Influence For New Agent
Good Afternoon
My name is Lawrence Bacon and I am currently enrolled in a sales prelicense course. I have been actively preparing myself to become a full time SUCCESFUL agent. I have read that many recommend learning scripts, interviewing with brokers, and also creating a sphere of influence list before starting. The sphere of influence is the only thing I'm having trouble with. Does it make sense to include people in my sphere of influence that are out of my farm area where I would like to working also probably aren't looking to buy a house any time soon? What have you found that works best for your sphere of influence list?
