MultiFamily Brokerages in Washington

For the last 5 years I have been waiting to get my real estate license in Washington State in order to go sell commercial properties with a family member who works solely with shopping centers and things of that nature. After interviewing with the partners of that brokerage and speaking with them it hit me that my passion really lies in MultiFamily apartments. Long term I want to own a large portfolio of apartments and in order to do so I know I need to begin selling apartments, not commercial shopping centers. Not too mention I already hang out here reading about multifamily investing and run numbers on such properties in my freetime already haha.

My question is what are some of the best MultifFamily brokerages here in washington state? Im sending out resumes as well as a short video about myself in order to set me apart from other applicants and am starting with Kidder Mathews. Does anyone else have and reccomendations on great Multifamily Brokerages?
