Real Estate Brokers working with REO's Only IN New Jersey
Hello, I am currently a licensed realtor. I sold about 15 homes in 2017. After only being licensed for a year. I found that my niche is selling distressed properties or properties at a discount. Unfortunately, I do not think the current broker I work for is the right fit for me to do so. I was hoping to possibly hear which brokers strictly work with REO's? Or if there are any agent's that have REO's. I am interested in the Union & Essex County area. Those are the two counties where I truly understand the market. Any point in the right direction would be great. I hope to hear some feed back.
