Hi All, First time poster here. Earlier this year my wife and I bought our first property, a duplex in Salem, MA. We currently live there and rent out the other unit. It was one if the best decisions we’ve ever made and we are hooked! We are committed to real estate investing now and are looking to buy more properties.
