What are the best towns to invest in sussex county, new jersey? Multi families in sussex looks better from price and cap rate perspective but not sure how is the rental demand ?

@Charanjit Singh, my opinion I would say none long term.  People are moving out of Sussex and have been gravitating towards Manhattan for years.
