Agents and brokers, what kind of activity are you seeing today?

I'm not an agent. but I did execute a contract this afternoon on a home I've had for sale since February . Plus 2 others this month.

I've been asking agents about activity and been hearing anything from brisk to crazy. What are you seeing?
