Real Estate School question.
I have a question from my book from the Real Estate school that I attend.
Question: Title to real estate may be transferred during a person's lifetime by
a. Devise
b. Descent
c. Involuntary alienation
d. Escheat
The answer in the book says the answer is c. Involuntary alienation, but wouldn't the answer be Voluntary alienation? I'm confused...
