Unlicensed Assistant MLS account New Jersey
Hi! I'm an agent in NY and am investing in NJ! I've done some deals already and would really like to build my portfolio. However chasing after agents to find the deals I'm looking for can be tough. Looking for some investor friendly agents! I really don't feel like taking the NJ exam.
What I'm proposing:
I will submit all my offers as well as sell through you that way you get the commission. In exchange, you will create me an unlicensed assistant MLS account. This is completely legal. I will get all the required documents from NJDOBI for you.
Thanks!
