My wife and I have just moved into Lubbock TX about 2 months ago and I am looking to learn more about the current Lubbock market. While I am open to single family homes one thing that I would really like to get into is multi-family properties, hopefully starting with a minimum of 4 units. Does anyone know of some good agents in the Lubbock area they would suggest for finding the correct deals and also providing great insight into the area? Thank you guys all so much for the help!!!
