Pros and Cons of Getting a Real Estate license in Torrance, CA

Hello,

I am a stay-at-home-Mom and researching if I want to get my real estate license.  No prior experience.  My husband just retired from the military so we are transitioning into the civilian workforce.  Did anyone use Century 21 classes in Torrance, CA?  Wondering what were some of the deciding factors that got you to keep going.  Thank you.
