How to fire my agent?

Your post is very confusing. A little clarification would help. If you are currently working with an agent under an exclusive buyer broker agreement, then you need to end that agreement with both sides agreeing to end it or you may face owing her a commission on any sale you do within time frame of the agreement. If you are not under an exclusive agreement with her and choose to work with another agent to buy property, you may feel free to do so, although it may be more professional to let the first agent know you've chosen to move forward with someone else. Not sure what "job has faded away since she never really needs me" means. If you mean you are actually working for, as in getting paid by, a real estate agent who isn't giving you enough work and you'd rather work for someone else, then it would depend on any employment contract you may have. If you have none, then simply give notice and go to work for someone else.
