Real Estate Licensing and A Criminal Past.

I am half way through pre-licensing in Indiana. I state my place in the course because I find it ironic that we have just now arrived to the part about criminal background. Back when I was in the Marine Corps, I received a court martial for testing positive on a urinalysis. However, it was positive for a prescription medication that had been prescribed to me. My error was in telling the Doc that I was no longer taking any prescriptions. They marked that RX out, I popped on the test, they sent me to jail for 30 days. Will this; even show up anywhere? (it has been over 3 years), will it effect me in attaining my license, and where/when do I disclose it if I need to. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
