Experience with PA Pre-Licensing Education Courses

Hi All,

I am looking into obtaining my PA real estate license. Having searched the forums I could not find any recent posts on experiences comparing the approved courses on The PA Department of State Approved Education Providers. Having said that, I have narrowed my choices down to three different course providers: The CE ShopSuburban West Realtors Association, or Kaplan Real Estate Schools.

Has anyone had experience with the courses I listed? Furthermore, if you have what was it like?

I am open to any suggestions and would love to hear your opinions.

From what it is worth, I currently live in the West Chester area outside of Philadelphia.

I am excited to further myself along this real estate journey and hope to call you all colleagues in the near future!

Delaware does not. To obtain your DE license after your PA one, you must complete the additional hours in a classroom setting.

PA Requires 60 Hours (Online)

DE Requires 99 Hours (In a classroom, no online option)

After receiving your license from PA you are eligible to apply and take the difference in hours for your DE one. It mostly consists of the Law portion (39 Hours).

I recommend Delaware Real Estate Institute. They meet on Concord Pike Keller Williams Location.
