Contract with broker under sole or LLC ?

Hello BP members! I will be working for a broker soon, but I was thinking I do not want to work under them as a sole proprietor . Instead I would want to sign the contract under my LLC and have the checks written to the LLC for tax reasons etc. Have any of you done this before? Thank you, David
