ISO of MA agent with Hubzu experience.

Hi All, I am looking for am agent in the Bridgewater / Brockton area with experience in purchasing Hubzu properties. I am working with an agent but not signed for other properties but she doesn't seem informed on Hubzu. I have 70k cash with Reno loan preapproved through 300k with only 10% down. I have a particular property I want to pursue and am comfortable paying for an inspection prior to bidding. Property will allow for financing. Thanks in advance!
