just starting in RE field. I have past experience as a associate developer. I mainly focused on identifying potential properties and crunching the numbers on deal. my former partner focused on the rehab execution. all that said, I want to get back into the field. I was looking at obtaining my real estate license in my state and initially focusing on serving as a buyer for investors. I figured this would be the best use of my current skills and knowledge. Then after getting reacclimated, I would use generated income to invest myself. Any thoughts, suggestions or feedback would be great. thanks
