Supplemental Knowledge for an Upcoming REA

What's up? I'm currently on track to obtain my RE license and was wondering if anyone could suggest any books, videos, articles, etc. that would give me a bette grasp and more understanding on being a successful agent. I like going into things fully prepared; I believe that in order to make it beyond the 1 year mark successfully (as many real estate agents quit/fail in the first year), I need to familiarize myself as much as I can with being a successful agent. If anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to comment and let me know. Thanks.
