Agent recommendation for a land deal?

Hi, Any real estate agents around who have experience with raw land deals? I'm looking to do a stick build or modular housing and I'm looking for experienced advice when making an offer. The realtors that I've talked to can help make an offer but they have no experience doing raw land deals and I'm worried about missing something. If you've done any such builds and have stories, please do share. Recommended / Avoid - why? Knowing would be very useful. Thanks! Divye
