New Construction listings

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what is the best way to find out about all the local builders in a certain area (DFW Metro for me) and all the new communities going up.

The new construction homes don't always show up in MLS unless they become inventory for the builder and are looking for quick buyers.

I have several buyers who only want New Construction and its very cumbersome to look up individual communities and the various builders building in them.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
