Looking to get my Real Estate Brokers License

Hi All,

I am looking to get my brokers license in NYS.  We are starting a property management company to manage our own properties, and to manage (hopefully), properties for other people.  I have been told I will need a brokers license to do this.  Does anyone have any advice on the best way to go about getting my license?

 I am hoping I can take the classes online.  Any advice would be appreciated.
