Most Active Listings since the 2008/09 downturn in Lee County

The active inventory for homes between 300-400k are near the highest they have been since the 2008-2009 market downturn.  Now may be a time to buy if you are in the market to buy as homes in this price range are considered to be in a Buyer's market.

Other price ranges are in a Buyer's market as well in Lee County.  As with anything, the overview is great however often times the market is hyper local and can be different from neighborhood to neighborhood so contact a local Realtor® to learn more information.
