Can I show clients a house I am putting up for sale?

I'm only 15 so this is just a theoretical question, but say I was a house flipped with a real estate license. Would I be able to flip a house, then when it's time to sell, act as a real estate agent, get s client, and bring the client over to the house to try and persuade them into buying it. Is this illegal?
