Indianapolis Indy Agent/PM Offering tenant procurement Service

Dear BP, are there any Agents/PMs offering only finding Tenant Service (including open house)? I have a handyman that I trust who can react to the day2day situation if needed.

The reason I want this is to make my own decision in accepting tenant. I had just an eviction case which was totally avoidable IMO.

Also the PM refused to list my property and find tenant, unless I repaint the wall (which was painted 5 months ago and looks totally fine to me).

Not to discredit PMs, it's okay to have disagreements but I want more control.

    @Ashley Mullin

    You're not doing PM any more?  If so, should I say congratulations?

    @Louise A. Place to Live Rentals was my husband's old company he got bought out of close to 4 years ago.  His old business partner shut it down this year.  Ryan and I are still rocking strong in the real estate biz :). We started FS Houses together 3 years ago.  Full service brokerage :) and still manage but super picky about the areas and condition of the house

    @Ashley Mullin

    I didn't know that Ryan had sold Place to Live Rentals.  That is good information.  I hear great things around town about FS Houses.  Keeping rocking it....
