Buy home and rip up your lease? Which podcast?

Does anyone remember which podcast this bit was on? Person offered tenants an easy out of their lease if they used them as agent to purchase a home. I have a couple tenants who have expressed interest in purchasing a home. I thought I might make a similar offer. Want to re listen to the podcast to see if there was any specifics on how to present this option. Thanks.
