Fort Myers, FL Agent/Property Manager Needed

I'm looking to interview Realtors that have investment experience in the Fort Myers Area.  I currently own 1 rental condo there and would like to pick up a duplex/multi family.  I currently have a property manager but am looking for other options at this time.  I am a licensed Realtor in Iowa and am looking for someone that knows the markets, and is realistic about both vacancy rates as well as rental rates.  Hoping to add up to 4 more units this year...thinking Fort Myers area could be the place for us.  Please reach out with a message or reply!
