New Agent.. What Now?

Hello, I took my license and passed on my first try.. I was super stoked and things got even better when I joined a firm in my home county of Rockland. It is a commercial real estate firm which is what I always wanted to do but now I'm stuck. What now? How do I advance? Where do I learn/find the documents and forms that agents use? The firm offers training but I want more... If I start something I like to fully invest 100%. Any good books? Any advice would be super great. Btw I am 20 years of age and am enrolled in college full time studying business administration and real estate development.
