Investor friendly brokerage in Central PA

Just finished my course work and I am finally ready to take my state exam to get my real estate license.  I have started to talk to a few brokers, but wanted to see if anybody could point me to a brokerage that might facilitate what I'm looking to do.

To be clear, I am looking to use my license primarily for two purposes: 1) Access to MLS and other tools in order to find deals quickly and 2) The ability to make referrals and collect a referral fee. I will probably only be a listing agent on an exception basis (maybe for my own properties in the future, or for another investor as a favor, etc.) I am not looking to leave my current profession (engineering consultant) anytime soon.
