Need Real Estate Agent to Assess Deals

I am a RE investor and am active in the Houston Area. I do however live in Orange County CA. I am in Houston once a month for about 5 days for auctions.

I need a RE agent that can be on the ground for me in Houston and assess wholesale deals. I would need you to visit the property, assess the purchase price, suggested ARV & rehab costs. The decision is obviously mine ultimately so all I need is an informed opinion. It won't require a detailed CMA.

I am proposing to pay a per visit fee for a fair price we can negotiate. Please contact me by posting here if you have an interest. If you are an active Flipper.....it won't work for reasons of conflict.

I look forward to making some great contacts in Houston.
