Hello Guys,

Do you guys target renters ? What is your response rate with them ? Anyone have a good rate ? If yes where do you get your list from ? Do you mail out postcards ? Letters ? Comps of their home ? I am looking to target renters here in the next month.

Also interested in info. It seems this would be a good idea as a lot of my first time home buyers are renters.
