Trying to get more MFR listings
Hi,
I am gearing up to do a significant amount of effort to get multi-family listings. Anyone have any interesting ideas? Here's what I have thus far in no particular order
- direct mail campaign (like wholesalers)
- contacting MFR expireds, canceled listings and failed sales
- facebook ads
- print ads (but where?)
- contact property manager and strike a deal to get in front of owners
