Input from realtors: what would make your life easier?

Hi, I'm a software developer looking to make a product for real estate agents. To avoid being a founder who makes a product he marries and everyone else avoids I wanted to ask you guys what it should be.

Does anything jump out at you immediately as a problem you just wished somebody solved? I'd love to hear about it!

If not, a couple quick lines about your biggest daily pains would also be appreciated.
