Broker/Owner - considering starting REI Group, within my Office

Hey BP crew,

I'm new to the forum, but not RE. I've been a Realtor for 15 years, and a Broker/Owner for almost 3. My business partner and I have always wanted to get into REI, as a company. I've heard of other Brokerages creating, and profiting from a REI group, office wide.

I'm looking for any information others may have on this. Maybe there are posts about this already, but I wasn't able to locate them. Lot's of information on this site. Figured I'd start here. 

Also, is being a ProBP member a benefit to your RE business? Are you able to use the reports here for your day to day work?
