Real Estate Agent needed in Beaumont Texas

I recently purchased a Triplex in Beaumont and am looking to purchase more multi-family properties. However, I was looking at properties Coldwell Banker had listed but cannot get an agent to call me back. I was looking at a set of properties that an investor had for sale and willing to structure a deal. But after three attempts to get the realtor to talk to me and hold a conversation for more than a minute has been difficult. Is there a realtor that is willing to work with me please send me your information or send my information to them. I willing to build that relationship.
