I am relatively new to real estate but I have been wanting to the BRRRR strategy in Milwaukee for quite some time now. I want to connect and form a team of experts. I am looking for REI in Milwaukee, as well as contractors. I am looking to invest in Oconomowoc and Mequon. I am open to other markets as well, as long as it's not in the suburbs.
