Looking for wholsesalers in pasco county

I am a rehabber in pasco county and am looking for other ways to obtain properties. I have been in the business for 6 years and in pasco for under 2. I do about 8-10 a year and am looking for more. I currently buy homes off of mls, foreclosure website, and other online auction websites. I have about 500k right now but will have access to another 500k in the next 2 months or so and am looking to expand but am having some trouble finding the homes now with all the other rehabbers and large buy and hold companies in the area. I stay away from severely structurally damaged homes and sinkhole homes as these seem harder to sell even when they are remediated properly.

Thanks
