Seeking Real Estate License in Pennsylvania

Hello All! I just graduated college in May 2016 and took the necessary courses to become a real estate agent. I feel confident that I would pass the exam, I just have some confusion on how the process works. What do I need for the real estate exam? And what is the process once I am licensed to start and maintain my license? I plan to use my license primarily for investment purposes and would prefer to work with a broker that specializes in foreclosures, short sales, and HUD properties. Please advise!

This has most of the info you need for getting a license. I'm in TN and just passed my exam yesterday. There is a fingerprint requirement and a few other things to do.

Good luck.
