Buyer Representation Agreement
I recently made contact with a handful of commercial RE agents in my marketplace and in others where I am open to investing. One of the brokers came back and would like me to sign an Exclusive Buyer Representation form that would only allow me to work with them for the listed or non-listed deals and I would have to pay their commission of 4% if it wasn't their listing.
I don't believe this is typical in the commercial space, should I avoid signing and work with other brokers?
