Memphis -SOLID & VETTED Broker/Agent servicing the 38128 Zip Code

Looking to connect wth an agent that is very knowledgable in the 38128 area in Memphis.  I am looking at some houses to purchase for investment and need a solid agent to represent my best interest in this area. I am not from the area and don't wanted to get "blanked" by listing agents that are just trying to make a quick buck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Rob, just shooting from the hip,  but Crestcore Realty and I may be the only companies on here that are heavily invested in this areas. I'm trying to get some solid input re that area and our neighboring areas. 

I'm definitely open to being schooled re this general area to help get a feel for it. IM planning a trip out there very soon and went to get an idea on areas to focus on. 

Memphis is a big place so I'm assuming property management companies and brokers may have a more substantial  presence in certain areas.....?

@Rob Harris I will throw Asher Murray into the mix. I use him, Curt Davis who is very active on BP uses him, Memphis Cash Flow who is another high volume reputable TK provider also uses him too. Just google "Murray Inspections" and I imagine his site will come up.

If you need a CPA, I will share with you the CPA that several of the big investors around town, including myself, use.
