Where to get training

Hello, I recently got my license and had a bad time at my last brokerage. I have been trying to get off the ground for 6 months now. I left my brokerage which did not offer any guidance except when it came to closing (of course). Spent money and time on marketing and prospecting but no results. I believe its because I am new and inexperienced. I am looking for training that will help me to get off the ground. Does anyone know of a brokerage that offers effective training (regardless of split) in NYC/Brooklyn or online? Or any other promising way to learn residential real estate? I am willing to work with anyone as long as I can learn as well.

@Lewis Daniel I respectfully disagree with Alexander as far as google being the best trainer for real estate agents. I asked the same question when I started in Real Estate just over 2 years ago. I didn't know a thing I was doing. I am now with my second brokerage and the difference is absolutely astounding. Feel free to call me eight four three - three hundred - two eight four two. I would love to share my experience and point you in the right direction. I wish you all the best!
