How do real estate agents and wholesalers cooperate to do business together?  I've been racking my brain trying to figure this one out.  Any ideas on how we can work together to make more progress in the biz?

Theoretically if an agent has a buyer looking for off market investment type properties, the agent could represent the buyer to buy a wholesaler's deal and collect a commission.

In practice from what I've experienced, most agents either don't understand the wholesale transaction or think wholesalers are brokering without a license and are predisposed to not want to help them. There's been plenty of posts on that subject already. Also a lot of wholesale contracts are very seller friendly and agents aren't familiar with them and advise their clients against signing. Sometimes it's good advice, sometimes they cost their buyer a deal, it just depends on the wholesaler. There's some good ones, a lot of bad ones.
