Hey BP Community!

As a real estate investor is there an advantage to working with a buyer's agent? Rather than a dual agent or seller's agent? 

Also, is the buyer (me) the only one who could cover the buyer's agents' commission? Is that considered part of the closing costs?

Typically the seller pays the buyers agent. So since you have zero cost, and would have the chance for someone to look out for your interests, then it is a really good idea to use one.
