Realtor moving from Ohio to Tampa

Hello. I am moving from Ohio to the Tampa area sometime in March of this year. I am currently a real estate agent here in Dayton, Ohio. My plan is to take the steps to obtain my real estate license in Florida as soon as I get settled in. I would love any advice anyone has to offer. Some questions I have include: where should I go to take my pre-licensing course, who are some respectable brokers to work with in the area, what are some good locations in your opinion for a "new to the area" real estate agent to get started, and where would you recommend a single 32 year old female to reside. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you!
