Buyer's Agent - Northern Virginia & DC

I am an investor who is actively beginning my search for my first home purchase in the DC area. I am primarily looking in Arlington and Washington DC and would like to work with a local buyer's agent. I wanted to know if anyone has experience working with an agent locally that they would recommend(either an individual or an agency). My preference would be to work with someone who is familiar with real estate investing, but it is not a requirement.
