Any Recommendations on RE Agents in Delaware County / Philly area

Trying to get my ducks in a row and build a team to start investing. I've been saving for awhile and would like to purchase a 2-4 unit building this year. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations / referrals on RE agents in the Delaware County area or even Philly? Prefer if they were investor also. There are a few houses that I have been keeping an eye on and was about to look at them myself, but heard it's best not to deal with the listing agent directly without my own professional with me / helping me. I have one that I want to speak with shortly but know I should meet with others just to see what would be the best match for me. And if anyone can give me ideas on what are the main questions to ask, that would be great too. Thanks in advance!
