Doing business as a Realtor thru your own corporation or LLC

As a Realtor should you do business through a Corporation or LLC? Im told S-Corps are preferred, but havent got an explanation as to why. Any agents out there set up their own entity for liability or tax purposes?

@Dany Namou A CPA like @Brandon Hall would have a better sense of that than I would.  Tax benefits/consequences is something I actually pay a lot less attention to than I should.  All I know is a pay a lot of taxes lol.
